• 2025 Scholarship Application

     

    Dear Senior Student,

    Congratulations on your upcoming high school graduation in 2025.  The Southwest Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that we are accepting applications for scholarships for the 2024/2025 school year.  There will be a special award presentation to the chosen applicants at our Chamber Networking Luncheon on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at Andre's Sunset Hills.

    In order to be considered for a scholarship you MUST 1) either reside within the boundaries of the Lindbergh School District or the Mehlville School District OR 2) have a parent employed by a company that is a member in good standing of the Southwest Area Chamber of Commerce. *The only exception to this rule is if the applicant resides outside of the District's boundaries and has attended either Lindbergh High School or Mehlville or Oakville High Schools and has a waiver from the District to do so.

    This scholarship will be based solely on merit.  Please be sure to answer all questions and attach any additional documents that you feel is important.  Letter(s) of recommendation from teachers/principals/etc. will NOT be considered so please do NOT include those in your packet. Please be sure to either type or write LEGIBLY in black ink.  In addition to the attached application, we must receive a copy of your most recent high school transcript with the application.  If your school sends these out separately, please make sure they meet the deadline.

    APPLICATIONS MUST BE POSTMARKED, OR HAND DELIVERED TO THE CHAMBER OFFICE NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM ON FRIDAY, MARCH 21, 2025.  LATE ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.  IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULTY COMPLETING THE APPLICATION, WE SUGGEST YOU CONSULT WITH YOUR GUIDANCE COUNSELOR FOR HELP.

    The recipient's of this year's scholarships will be notified by Friday, May 2, 2025.
